We spent our first Easter in Switzerland this year. We went to mass, followed by an Easter-themed coffee Sunday where Alex enjoyed a dance with his little friend Erin. When we got back to our apartment, we gave Alex his Easter basket and a toy cash register. He liked the cash register, but not nearly as much as the candy inside his basket. We actually had to hide the basket so he would stop begging for candy every half-second. =) We made a small egg hunt outside and Alex even wore his bunny ears for a few pictures, which would make any parent proud. The following day, we went over to Claudio’s parents house to celebrate with a BBQ. We spent the majority of the day outside basking in the sun. It was a much more calm Easter than what I am used to, but it was very special in it’s own way.
