On Saturday, November 6th we went to Jucker’s farm in the town of Seegräben. It was the last day the pumpkin exhibition was open to the public and we didn’t want to miss out, so we decided to get there asap. It was a beautiful farm nestled on a hill with a great view of the river AND there were pumpkins galore! There had to have been about every type of pumpkin known to man. They had HUGE pumpkin exhibitions made in the shape of dinosaurs. After checking out the exhibitions and feeding goats in the petting zoo, we grabbed a bite to eat in the cafeteria. There was a big pot of pumpkin soup cooking and it was simply delicious. Inside the cafeteria was a little store selling homemade goods, such as jams, jellies and apple chips.
